Blye Faust is an Oscar winning producer of Spotlight and has been named as one of Variety’s 10 Producers to Watch. Prior to forming Rocklin|Faust, Blye practiced as an attorney in the Century City office of O’Melveny & Myers, LLP and later with Santa Monica based Alschuler Grossman Stein & Kahan, LP. She received her J.D. from UCLA and graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. in English from Santa Clara University.
She is a member of the Producers Guild of America, the State Bar of California, the Creative Future Leadership Committee, and the Advisory Committee for the Mill Valley Film Festival’s Mind the Gap: Women | Film | Tech initiative, and her board memberships include The Center for Investigative Reporting, among others. A frequent corporate speaker and panelist at film festivals, conferences, events, and universities, Blye Faust remains a committed advocate for the power of storytelling.
