1. The maximum number of members shall be determined by the incumbent Board of Director.
Add:
2. Wait listed members may remain on the wait list until a full membership is offered them. Wait listed members who decline membership will be dropped from the wait list. All wait listed members shall pay the same fee.
Reason: The wait list policy has never been clarified or put in the Bylaws so inconsistencies have occurred. This will clarify policy. If you have questions call Lee Lynch, Parliamentarian, 961-0394.
